I’ve Been AWOL-and I have a tip!

Today I have a crafting tip to save you time when you are mass producing cards with die-cuts.  This is from a fellow demonstrator, Mary Cavalier.

Mary was going to stamp and cut out 30 sheep for her very energetic Sunday school class. Using this ‘hack’ she was done in about 15 minutes.

"I stamped the 3 sheep using the Stamparatus on a piece of card stock and also on the grid paper.
Leave the stamps on the stamparatus exactly as you placed them.
Die cut the 3 stamped sheep and also die cut 27 blank sheep shapes. SAVE the discard outline piece of card stock.
Place the discard piece and line it up over the sheep stamped on the grid paper. Secure with tape/magnets/ post-it’s, whatever.
Match up 3 of the blank shapes in the openings covering the stamped images on the grid paper.
Stamp the sheep – remove the sheep and repeat as necessary.
This is quicker than stamping 30 sheep and then cutting them out because you don’t have to line up the dies every time and get miscuts if a die slips when cutting."

What a great hack!!  If you haven't tried this, give it a whirl.  You'll see how much you can get done in a shorter amount of time.  See the pictures below.
