Customer Loyalty Program works the following way:
- Order Stampin’ Up! Products with me anytime
- For each $50 (min.) before Shipping/Tax.) order you get to check a box on the form below
- When you have filled all the lines, email the form to me with your choice of a stamp set* of $40 or any catalog products totaling $40 or less!
The Fine Print and Rules:
- If your order is $100 you will check 2 boxes, if your order is $150 you will check 3 boxes, etc. (All orders will receive customer rewards equal to 10% of your order prior to shipping & tax).
- If your order is between $50.01 and $99.99, you can only check 1 box
- Order totals do NOT include tax and shipping
- Your Free Products must be redeemed by September 30th of current year.
