Places I Where I Find My Crafting Inspiration

Do you ever wonder how some people seem to be craftier than others? How do they come up with new ideas and when do they have time to do this? I use to think that way and still do to some degree, but I am going to share with you where I find my crafting inspiration.

I first use the resources provided to me from Stampin' Up. One of the resources is our Stampin' Success Magazine. There are so many talented people who work for this amazing company that I follow what they do. By looking at someone else's projects it helps me to find my own creative side.

Also I have found that I look at my daily activities for inspiration. For example if I am driving down the road and pass an old oak tree with moss hanging from the branches I stop and think about how I could incorporate that onto a card. When I walk the dog at night and look into the clear sky and see the bright stars shining, I think about how can I bring that to life in the form of a greeting card. I find that I am more aware of my surroundings and pay closer attention to a plant or colors of a flower. I look at the designs of clothing that people are wearing which helps me find my creative inspiration.

Where do you find your creative inspiration? As you start to look further into this, you may agree with me and realize that it most likely comes from your surroundings. I would love to hear where you find your inspiration.
