I spent today playing catch up since we were gone for a week visiting New York.  I made two cards for my hairstylist and one for the groomer who cuts Riley's hair. (Riley is my rescue/Therapy/READ dog). One of our neighbors went up north for the summr visitng her children and had a medical episode.  We were told she is doing well however not sure how long it will take for her to get recover.  I decided to create two get well cards-one from myself and husband and one from Riley to her dog Ernie.  Then I preceded to make one of my best friends in Virginia two birthday cards as her birthday is the 14th.  So needless to say I have been quite busy.  I will be posting these cards over the next few weeks.  Please stay tuned and take a look.  I would love to get your feedback which you can post at the bottom of the page.

The first card I am displaying is one I made for my hairstylist who happens to be a man.  I tried to keep it more masculine using blues and soft beiges.  I used the retired stamp set called Love You Sew…I acutally love this set as it has a paint brush, scissors, spools of thread and quite a few other items plus catchy phrases.
